You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be 13 years or older to use the Service.
CreatorControl operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscription fees are charged in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may not use CreatorControl to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service. You may not use the Service to spam, phish, or harass others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own the content you generate using CreatorControl. However, CreatorControl is not liable for the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing.
The CreatorControl platform, including its interface, code, and brand assets, is owned by CreatorControl. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.
CreatorControl is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
